About Jonathan Shamoun

Hello! My name is Jonathan Shamoun but I also can go by Johnny. I have deep passions in the world of e-commerce business, SEO, and bodybuilding. I've graduated from UIC as of May 2024 with a B.S. in digital marketing & e-commerce. I also worked full-time throughout my studies at DSG LLC. As a technical support specialist for TheCRM, I engage in troubleshooting and the maintaining of data through use of our AI software for car dealerships through creative and analytical problem-solving while creating strong client relationships. DSG LLC would be short for Dropset Gorgeous LLC where I hold a management position in a department. I overlook business to business contracts that my department is to uphold. Clients include e-commerce businesses that offer a variety of solutions & products. I manage a team of 3-5 employees directly and we overlook advertisement campaigns, sales, softwares, customer service, and more. This role has expanded my skillset & knowledge across the variety of marketing & e-commerce topics: • Ecommerce • Performance/Growth Marketing • Brand Marketing • Social Media / Influencer / PR • CRM • Digital Marketing • VP/Executive Roles • SEO • Management
