Director at West Monroe. Jonathan leads project teams to help clients optimize the performance and cost of their technology and services operations. Has a wide range of industry experience, including in the energy and utility, telecom, medical, and finance sectors. Practice areas include IT outsourcing (call center, end user, ADM, data center, network operations), SI sourcing, radio and backhaul networks, telecom optimization and sourcing, radio interference mitigation and incumbent clearing, application licensing, ERP/OSS/BSS selection and implementation. Previously a founder and Director at Pace Harmon, a specialist technology transformation consulting firm that was acquired by West Monroe in November 2020. Founded in 2003, Pace Harmon grew to over 100 practitioners and received many consulting industry accolades including being named the #1 Boutique Outsourcing Advisory Firm by the Black Book of Outsourcing, the "Best of the Best Outsourcing Advisors" for 10 consecutive years by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and in 2017 and 2018 named on Consulting Magazine's annual "fastest growing firms" list. Pace Harmon also won many project awards, including the 2018 Supply and Demand Chain Executive 100 award for service improvement and cost reductions, performed for a Fortune 500 consumer goods organization. Prior to Pace Harmon, Jonathan was a Manager in the telecom industry practice for Deloitte Consulting in Washington, DC and London, following an analyst role at West Deutsche Landesbank, and a PhD in microwave spectroscopy.
