Jonathan has over 15 years of experience consulting across the globe. He specializes in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) working with Oracle EPM products such as Hyperion Planning (On-Prem & EPBCS), Essbase, Analytics (OAC), Profitability & Cost Management (HPCM and PCMCS). Jonathan has also worked on other related relational systems, ERP systems such as NetSuite and Oracle ERP, other reporting solutions, and BI Suites not mentioned here. As a leader and manager in his workplace, Jonathan has worked on and led key activities from POCs, RFP responses & SOW creation. Jonathan's typical role as an Architect/Lead and developer entails finalizing a Project Plan working closely with the client's PM, defining scope & requirements (along with stakeholders) which will result in a Requirements / Design Document (typically alongside a Requirements Traceability Matrix that corresponds to the SOW). This is then followed by progressive, iterative Show & Tells of the solution as it is being built leading to the final product prior to UAT. During UAT Jonathan works closely with stakeholders, with on-the-fly fixes and usually a detailed training on the end-to-end solution being offered. An Administrator / User Guide is usually provided prior to Go-live. Jonathan is also responsible for the ongoing delivery of his respective teams and follows up with the business regularly on project budget, roadmap, utilization, burn rate, current pressing issues, concerns, roadblocks, and resource management. Jonathan has also conducted multiple trainings related to Oracle Systems on EPM technologies and developed custom accelerators using various tools that would help speed up & enhance the implementation while also simplifying the maintenance of the Oracle Hyperion solution being offered.
