About Jonathan Stalzer

My position as a Building Engineer has been very beneficial in both experience and education. I have nearly 20 yrs experience in the hotel business as a building Engineer. I've worked at Du Page County as a Facilities Management Engineer. I’ve operated the Power Plant, sheriff’s building and Jail facility. I've managed and maintained all building operation systems in over 12 buildings :high pressure/high temp Boilers, chillers, cooling towers, diesel generators, air handling units, fan power boxes, vav's, pumps, motors, air controlled (pneumatic) systems, compressors, heat exchanges, condensers, data room Liebert and Emerson units, steam generators, expansion tanks, building logs and rounds, safety management, efficient with Microsoft (word, office, outlook), understands a variety of building automation systems, demonstrates electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills. 20 years total experience. I was employed by CBRE as a mobile route engineer serving JP Morgan Chase banks and properties ( retail & stand alone buildings) with over 30 properties. I am currently a Chief Engineer employed by ABM.
