An experienced senior PMO practitioner with 15+ years experience, focussed on establishing, maturing and leading PMO teams in the Financial Services and Defence & Security sectors. Highly organised with a value-focus, I work across transformational portfolios delivering new technology. I build teams that assure the safe and controlled delivery of objectives against business-critical outcomes, through effective governance, reporting and application of a change framework. Comfortable in consulting or operating PMOs, I adopt a servant leadership style to collaborate, generate workable ideas and create a positive, enjoyable, high performing and inclusive environment.
