If you are looking at my profile, you probably are looking to know: 1. What is that I do? How did I gain my experience that helps me do what I do? Who am I? What I do: I spend my work time helping clients map a path out of the confusion that you feel as a customer when dealing with travel companies. I focus on evaluating and helping deliver the benefits that come from modernising the commercial and operational technology and hopefully the experience that you get to enjoy as a customer or a colleague of a travel company. It's time for everyone in travel to make it easier to buy and experience "the product". How I gained my experience: Over the last 20+ years, I've lived and worked all over the world - mostly with airlines and travel related companies, to fundamentally improve their core businesses. I've had so much fun meeting and working with new friends everywhere from Australia to Colombia to Sweden. Prior to joining Accenture via their acquisition of Seabury Consulting, I led and helped build our small and leveraged aviation advisory business in Europe, the Middle East, and in Africa. So many of my colleagues over the years have gone on to help start, influence, and lead amazing businesses. Who I am outside of work: Outside of work you will probably find me away from a screen. In the summers, I spend my time golfing, trail running, travelling with the family, and barbecuing in the back garden. In the winters, while I don't get out as much, I always look forward to time away with the family somewhere sunny. When I can't get away, I escape into a books of every subject that I start and spread all over the house.
