Licensed Contractor, Maintenance Professional, Journeyman Electrician, & Certified Engineering Technician with 15 years experience in Construction, Industrial Manufacturing, Building controls, Automation systems, and Industrial maintenance as well as 4 years experience in the Canadian Forces Army reserves as a combat infantryman and medic. Having experience in all roles as apprentice, journeyman, leadhand, foreman, electrical contractor, business owner, supervisor, and planner. Currently working on my CMRP certification and helping my current employer preform world class maintenance and reliability in preforming the "Perfect Repair" in all our processes. This process has taken root cause analysis to the next level incorporating sustaining countermeasures to all of machine failures to ensure that our team is learning from and preventing further machine failures. We actively use 5S standards and lean manufacturing processes at our facility to ensure the highest standard of production and organization. Using metrics to make data driven decisions on asset management.
