About Jonathan Switzer

After working at Carter's for 3+ years, I look back and see how my term there was an opportunity to find myself in a working environment, and I did. I learned how to manage people, create solutions that effectively resolve problems and nurture my view on what I do at my job and how I should picture it. To me, a job or internship is an opportunity to go above and beyond, a chance to customize my role, implement my ideas, and add responsibility to my own title. My ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments, along with my honing mentality, allows me to develop my soft and hard skills. Coupled with my adventurous and fearless mentality, it allows me to go to great lengths to get work done well because the way I work when I'm given a task is I always look at that task as an opportunity to give my all, to reach and go beyond anyone's expectations of me.
