I help clients understand valuation in a wide range of context, including M&A transactions (such as fairness opinions and investment appraisal), fundraising, group reorganisations, restructuring, disputes, portfolio valuation, tax and financial reporting (including intangible asset valuation / PPAs, financial instrument valuation and impairment testing under IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP). My experience spans the entire business lifecycle, from early-stage and high growth businesses to mature businesses. I have worked across various sectors experiences include banking, construction, financial market infrastructure, fintechs, insurance (intermediaries / brokers, Lloyds Market, non-life), investment and wealth management, infrastructure, renewable energy, logistics, packaging, travel, telecommunications, etc. Additionally, I have experience in a corporate development role providing financial, valuation and strategic insight to support senior leaders in appraising investment opportunities and decision making process.
