Having worked at management level within the hospitality industry for over a decade I have learned a great deal about getting the best out of people in my team. I have also been fortunate to work in a variety of different venues with varying numbers of staff which has allowed me to learn how to adapt my management style to a given scenario. I started my career in management at the iconic Turf Tavern in Oxford, before moving on to a more food led venue, The Old Orchard, where I honed my management skills and learned a great deal about the products I work with. I then spent 5 years in New Zealand working for Tapuhi Restaurant Plc in a variety of venues. Since returning to the UK I have been proud to take up the reins as General Manager at Siren Tap Yard and to use my skills to evolve the business.
