About Jonathan Tufts

I'm an experienced medical device sales professional who is passionate about introducing new technologies to health care delivery in a sustainable way. The challenge in doing this is aligning the interests of the two key stakeholders - medical professionals and hospital administrators. To overcome this challenge, my most valuable activities include- Educating surgeons - Providing highly technical customer service to multiple stakeholders - Training team members - Deploying sustainable pricing models - Negotiating mutually beneficial contracts Throughout my career, I've impacted more than 100 orthopaedic surgeons in delivering patient care. And, I've worked to solve problems with hospital administrators across half of Ontario. The pace of change in the Canadian health care industry will only continue to grow and I'm excited to impact this in a positive way!
