About Jonathan Udoka

Looking to join a company that supports communities through innovative technology. I've focused my career on helping small business owners. Over the past 10 years I've helped hundreds of families either start a business (LLC, Corporations, and Partnerships), plan for succession, file and defend lawsuits, and sell or pass on their business to others. This also includes estate planning to meet family and business goals - planning to pass on wealth after this generation, or create contingency plans to kick in when clients aren't able to make decisions for themselves. Additionally, I love business development, whether that's within the firm, or for clients. First, I love to be an early adopter and leverage technology to make the business of legal services better, whether that’s through backend processes or removing friction for client interactions. Second, working with businesses is really the most enjoyable part of the practice of law. Entrepreneurs have a natural tendency to be optimistic and visionary which matches my personality and I feed off of the energy. I’m always looking to learn something new. I’m currently working through Google Cloud’s Data Engineering Path.
