About Jonathan Vasquez

I am a student at California State University, Long Beach seeking my Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies, concentrating in Mediation/Dispute Resolution. I will graduate Fall 2020. I carry a certification of training in mediation, provided by CSULB and meeting the standards of the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA). I am also a part of CSULB's service learning internship in mediation. This work consists of coaching students of mediation at CSULB and mediating small claims cases in Orange County courts as well as various side projects. After all, I strive to meet my goal of becoming a Mediator and conducting my own mediation research. My work experience includes my internship along with 6 years of customer service experience, and 6 months of experience in an administrative setting.
