About Jonathan Vassallo

I have joined Dixcart Management Malta Limited in September 2009. At present I am Managing Director at Dixcart. Dixcart Management Malta Limited is a corporate service provider situated in Malta and forms part of the Dixcart Group which has offices in more than 10 jurisdictions - UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Malta, Switzerland, Madeira, Portugal, South Africa, Cyprus and Nevis. Dixcart offers a complete range of international business support services to companies and to individuals. Our services include the incorporation and management of companies, fund administration, trust and fiduciary services and e-gaming. Dixcart also operates a number of Business Centres, offering serviced offices and providing secretarial, accounting and IT support. I am a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Malta Institute of Taxation, Malta Institute of Accountants and Malta Institute of Management. I have gained significant accounting and management experience before joining Dixcart, where I was involved in the manufacturing industry in Malta for thirteen years. During this term, I served as an Accountant and Financial Controller for two major furniture firms in Malta. I am responsible for the Malta office where my role is to develop business and look after a portfolio of international clients whilst ensuring that the Group's high standards of compliance and operational control are maintained.
