Passion for coaching and helping associates accomplish more then they ever thought possible. I believe in leading by example and inspiring people to bring their best self to work everyday. By creating a safe and positive culture of inclusion and empowerment we are able to achieve much more than we believe. Inspire better futures for workplace clients through deeper financial planning, in-plan advice and highly motivated, diverse associates working together. As a Team Leader in Workplace Planning and Advice I have the opportunity to help develop our leadership and management skills in an employee-fueled, customer-obsessed, results-oriented culture. I lead a group of associates who engage Workplace participants with inbound and outbound phone calls, by utilizing consultative strategies and techniques to discuss investment goals and solutions.
