Resulting in standardized business processes, information integration, and a new global operating model - annual benefits of over $90 Million. OUTSOURCING: Developed and led the "change" program that enabled Australia's leading Teleco to transform its procurement functions and supply chain. Resulting in the successful transition activities (lifting and shifting employees) and the implementation of IT driven and process driven projects.
