I began my career at the Global Office in early 2021, assuming the position of Senior Manager for Global Corporate Network & Managed Technology Services. Before joining the Global Office, I spent 15 years as an external contracted resource with BDO in Australia and later with the Global Office. During my time there, I made notable contributions to several projects, including leading the initial Global Portal 0.9 project and providing consultancy support for strategic planning, positioning, and the introduction of the BDO Managed Technology Services initiative. With nearly three decades of industry experience, my career has spanned various domains. I embarked on my professional journey in the mid-1990s, specialising in desktop and server support, and later transitioned into database and application development. In the early I established my first Managed Services Business and have since excelled as a results-driven Principal Consultant and Senior Manager, focusing on Portfolio, Programme, Project, and Operations Management. Throughout my career, I have engaged with diverse market segments, catering to small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as large enterprises in the private, government, education, and not-for-profit sectors. I have operated both locally in Australia and internationally, providing Consultancy, IT leadership and management, and leveraging my expertise in diverse markets. This breadth of experience has played a crucial role in achieving significant successes for clients across various industries, particularly those who have benefited from the Managed Technology Services that I have championed.
