About Jonathan Weinstein
I like a good challenge. And proteins are a great one. During my Ph.D. I developed several computational tools for protein design, including membrane proteins and design of function. I also developed experimental systems and experimentally validated my designs. I am well experienced in protein design, data analysis, molecular cloning, and biochemistry. I also participated in and led several collaborative projects, primarily international. I hope to use protein design to improve how we produce the things we need and dispose of the things we don't in an environmentally friendly way.
