I am a senior leader with a broad range of experience across the energy and utilities, government, healthcare, not-for-profit, and tech industries. I've led strategic planning exercises, overseen $M+ projects, and had the pleasure of being part of some amazing teams. In various roles I've had accountability for operations, finance, HR, IT, and legal. Some accomplishments- Led a return to profitability for the largest division of a public company - Improved employee engagement from 49% to 80% in the span of 1 year - Wrote a successful $4M funding proposal - Reduced IT spend by 25% with no reduction in service levels - Reduced average organizational risk severity by 28% I am never happy with the status quo, but instead always looking for ways to make things better for customers and employees. If you're looking for someone to mind the shop, that's not me - I'm driven to build and improve. As a life-long learner, I completed my MBA mid-career and became an entrepreneur for a time. I love a challenge!
