Authentic, pragmatic, straight talker (with a keen sense of humour) I've been involved with business transformation for over 25 years, engaged with various industries, holding senior HR professional services and project positions involved with HR technology, recruitment, performance management, training and development systems and practices providing sustainable results. Experience gained from working with global organisations and SME’s as a consultant, vendor, client and implementer integral in product development, system identification and implementation, to conducting Executive Search and Selection, Training Senior Managers and Executives in Performance Management, Leadership and Soft Skills, to Coaching and Mentoring individuals from Graduates to Executives for Career Management and Transition. With this unique perspective, I co-developed the 'DIY Recruitment for Small Business and Medical Practice' products and collaborated on a Software Assessment, Project Benefits Realisation tool. I've been asked to act as MC, deliver keynote presentations at national HR conferences and corporate retreats, lecture to the Health and Fitness industry, facilitate training sessions for the likes of Australian Rugby Union - HSBC Waratahs Performance Managers and written articles for associations (Australian Insitute of Management and AHRI), industry and corporate publications.
