About Jonathan Wrait

I bring order to chaos. From starting my first business at 18, then falling into marketing due to my love of writing, people and psychology, to finding my passion for managing business operations, and now approaching AI in a critical, considered and thoughtful way, my journey has been anything but normal. After years on the agency side, I knew I wanted to be client-side, in operations, and at the forefront of something new.Calm and organised, I've always been a problem solver, the person people talk things through with, and the one who gets stuff done.Managing operations for EmoEx, an AI startup in the healthcare space, I also work across marketing, growing our network of healthcare professionals, and the launch of our new parenting companion.Business is about people. That's why I founded Ethica, an AI ethics consultancy, helping businesses adopt AI while staying true to their values and their people.I'm optimistic that AI can be a force for good in helping people and businesses succeed, and I believe approaching it right matters more than getting there first.Dad to two boys, I'm always happy to chat about business, AI and the roller coaster of being a parent.
