About Jonathan Young

I lead teams in large scale operations and delivery across the globe in a multitude of financial disciplines and capabilities. I am passionate about helping clients realize their goals, their dreams and their missions through the power of innovation automation, and transformation. My career in Finance & Accounting spans the last 35 years with experience in various industries such as construction, consulting, medical, automotive, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, and insurance in multiple disciplines including technology, reporting, fixed assets, FP & A and controllership. I have a track record of process innovation and transformation as well as developing others into positions of greater responsibility and leadership. During my time at Accenture, I have worked in multiple areas; however, my primary focus has been in the complex corporate accounting space. I have led many transformational initiatives, including the transition and redefinition of multiple lines of work, development and implementation of qualitative financial measurements, and integration of company ledgers on a global scale.
