About Jonathon Ben

Hello there! My name is Jonathon Ben and I am currently looking for my next adventure after an amazing journey at HHS (Hospital Housekeeping Systems). I have spent the last three years on the Program Engineering Team for HHS. I have had the tremendous opportunity to develop as an executive, applying skills in process improvement, implementation, project management, training, development, and facilitation, and customer satisfaction and retention. My main focus was creating operating guides for new and modified service accounts for hospital housekeeping. This involved everything from determining account FTEs, budgeting, staff scheduling, and policies and procedures for every square foot of the serviced facility. Over the years, I utilized my mastery of MS Excel to automate many features of creating these operating guides resulting in increased availability to take on new accounts and facilitating training to help VPs around the country effectively update their own operating guides. I would be thrilled to utilize my passion for helping people work better and live better through automation and process improvement in the fields of project/program management or process/program implementation. While my focus has been in the hospitality/housekeeping industries, I am open and excited to expand my skills into new verticals. Other aspects of the world that drive me include advocating for human rights, bringing awareness and having open discussions regarding mental health, and unsung heroes of history. I believe that the Star Wars films are terrible, but my house is covered in Star Wars TV series art and our house takes Clone Wars, Rebels, and the Mandalorian very seriously. I believe that Raoul Wallenberg is a hero whose name everyone should know. And I believe that Tool has never put out a bad album. A good day starts with a walk in the park with our two dachshunds while I watch my wife simultaneously play Pokémon Go on both of our phones. Unrelated: According to the stats, I'm incredibly good at Pokemon Go despite almost never opening it. The best days end with my family while we catch up on all of our shows, play video games, or sit in bed and read. Feel free to reach out and connect!
