About Jonathon Brown

I am an extremely curious entrepreneur/intrapreneur who loves working with organisations to leverage the digital revolution by combining design thinking, TQM, Lean/Agile ways of working, delivery discipline, good measures, and cutting edge technologies to evolve their products, services and delivery functions to continuously improve the value they release to their customers and end users. I enjoy this because: 1. I love solving puzzles. Working out what customers value, how to deliver it, and how to continuously improve delivery, are all complex puzzles that we need to solve. I love finishing things. Like most people, I derive a lot of satisfaction from completing and delivering. Setting goals, achieving goals and then going again. I think its just the way we’re wired. We can only achieve these goals when we work as a great team. A cliché, I know, but so true. The reality is that the vast majority of people understand this, so when we create an environment in which they can thrive, most folks step up, the team exceeds the sum of its parts and we can deliver great outcomes. Delivering this digital revolution is my career goal. Supporting organisations to • design and deliver valuable services for customers and end users, • leveraging new technology to solve problems, both on-prem and in the cloud, and • transforming how organisations are structured and the ways they work. This is what makes me tick, and I know that I am privileged to be able to continue this journey.
