As Vice President of HR and Talent at Specialty1 Partners, I lead the strategic vision for human resources and talent operations, supporting a network of specialty dental practices. My focus spans all facets of HR, including optimizing payroll and benefits systems, refining recruiting and retention strategies, fostering diversity and inclusion, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational growth goals. I’ve played a leadership role in implementing scalable platforms such as a new ATS, candidate engagement tools, and a migration out of a PEO and onto a new HRIS platform, ensuring seamless operations across the enterprise. With nine years of experience in the dental industry, I bring a unique perspective to HR and talent, shaped by my hands-on experience in operations. From my early days as a dental assistant to leadership roles such as Practice Manager and Director of Operations, I developed a deep understanding of the type of support dental practices need to thrive. This operational expertise allows me to ensure that my teams provide the right resources, tools, and support so practices can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
