Words matter — and I know how to find the right ones. As a U.S. Army Public Affairs Officer, I’ve spent the last decade leading strategic communication efforts across Africa and the Indo-Pacific. I’ve developed digital content strategies that strengthened organizational identity, crafted executive speeches for multinational exercises, and prepared senior leaders for high-stakes media engagements in some of the world’s most complex environments. Whether working across the joint force, with allies and partners, or alongside federal agencies, I’ve led campaigns that aligned stakeholder interests, built public trust, and advanced mission success. I’ve led high-performing teams, launched morale-boosting initiatives, and driven digital engagement strategies that deliver measurable results. I’ve never accepted “this is how we’ve always done it.” Instead, I challenge the status quo by introducing modern tools, building sustainable systems, and championing innovation. From implementing KPI dashboards to integrating AI technologies, I bring a forward-thinking mindset grounded in practical, real-world leadership. Now, as I transition from uniform after 20+ years of combined Army and Navy service, I’m ready to bring that experience to a role where I can make an immediate impact and add value from day one.
