About Jonathon Dunford

I have spent my career optimizing software practices, supercharging web traffic, and creating technology to boost the bottom line for my clients and my personal businesses. Early in my career, after working as a programmer for several years, I observed a gap between business leaders and their technology teams. Leadership relied on me to spot inefficiencies in the systems and my developers relied on me to translate the technology needs to the leadership. As a result, I formed Dunford Enterprises to help other businesses accelerate their web traffic and work directly with C-Level Executives to create integrated technology departments from scratch. I have done everything from recruiting developers to teaching executives how to effectively manage their technology team. Over the last 7 years, I have helped hundreds of businesses drive traffic to their websites, built highly-efficient technology departments, and helped build several highly efficient software backed companies. Here are a few of my recent wins: With Dunford Enterprises, I help clients in a variety of industries optimize their systems and save money simultaneously. I have experience with businesses of all different sizes including industry giants like Warner Music Group. One of my top customers experienced a 50% increase in site performance and cut over in costs once I coached their teams on best practices. In 7 weeks, I was able to 40x web traffic for one of my companies from monthly users to over active users by hiring a core team of developers and utilizing a vast array of communications resources at my disposal. Through my company, Ngaged, we were able to help a client win a competition hosted by Intuit by leveraging the internal community we cultivated. Another recent project was launching F&I Assistant, an application that allows car dealers to automate backend financing add-ons, which regularly increases their margins by over 60%. Real-estate investment is the next frontier. After owning and managing several investment properties, I am tackling the growth of a new real estate fund venture by aggregating and analyzing critical data points in the real estate market with machine learning algorithms. This will help us expand across the country, creating a mixed portfolio of multi-family and single-family acquisitions along the way.
