About Jonathon Len

Hi, I’m Jono! I’ve always been interested in how organisations grow, identify issues, and solve challenges, which has led me to explore experiences in finance, strategy, and technology. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to explore these areas in businesses, not-for-profits and now in industry. At Grant Thornton, I've recently been getting hands-on experience with contributing to M&A advisory through my financial modelling team. Building and reviewing client models has given me insight into the numbers behind a deal—how financial models shape transactions and the strategic motivations that drive M&A in today's market. While balancing work, I am currently the Secretary & Treasurer at BusinessOne, managing finances and operations while aiding my executive team to see through our vision to provide industry relevant experiences, resource and opportunities to our committee. Before joining the executive team, I got to participate in multiple external & internal projects through my roles as Technology Director and Project Consultant. Right now, I’m studying a Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) at RMIT, which has helped me sharpen the way I connect finance, strategy, and technology to solve problems for people. I enjoy partnering with people to solve problems, finding opportunities, and helping students bridge their knowledge to find what they truly want to pursue.
