Seeding and devolving my interpersonal skills has be come a strong passion of mine in my career as a manager. Whereas food is key to the success of a Food Service Business - People are who get you there! Growing and developing anyone around me is what drives me and delivers me great joy! Growing up on a working farm I have always known food, from seed to plate, which led me to the culinary career that I have obtained and pursued; Therefor I take and view food service and the restaurant businesses as much more than a job. It is my passion. Understanding and respecting each piece of product as much as the next is what I believe brings me to the next level. During my current role as Home Loan Processor, I am responsible for communicating with Borrowers to obtain meaningful relationships throughout the loan’s life, gather and managed necessary documents required to get loan approval while facilitating the stages of the loans life to take if from application to closing. I have also been able to Utilize multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information pertaining to my role. I can handle volume, while I manage up to 40 loans in different stages of the loan process from application to closing process. I prioritize paying attention to detail, providing excellent customer service, and staying up to date on all bank policies and procedures.
