As the Development & Relationships Lead I am tasked with: • Creating and developing long term relationships with potential and existing funders and partners across Australia • Working with the clinical team to ensure quality service delivery and refine service models • Building awareness of Lifeline Direct’s services within the primary, mental health and psychosocial support sector across Australia • Developing partnerships with other mental health service providers, both face-to-face and telephone/digital, Local Health Networks, community health organisations, and psychosocial support service providers across Australia • Advocate for seamless referral pathways into and out of Lifeline Direct’s services to reduce sector fragmentation and reduce barriers and ease access for consumers, to achieve a “no wrong door” approach • Developing and update resources and databases for clinical staff to use for referrals • Preparing reports and feedback insights and trends
