About Jonathon Sipe

Mr. Jonathon Sipe is a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Contract Manager, and Structures Representative with over 18 years of experience in the bridge design and construction management industry. Mr. Sipe has extensive understanding and familiarity with multiple delivery methods including single and multi-prime pursuits. In addition, he has managed more than $3B in CM Projects totaling more than 24 transportation bridge and rail structures, grade separations, and interchange improvement projects. His expertise includes working with public agencies managing all phases of design, construction, and closeout on a wide variety of civil and structural projects. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in implementing owners’ objectives and delivering projects based on established client goals. He has managed teams of engineers on some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the Southern California construction market including the Vincent Thomas and Schuyler Heim Bridge Structures in Long Beach. Simultaneously he is responsible for cultivating critical business relationships and developing new business to assist in expanding the PMCM business line. His expansive network of industry contacts coupled with his technical capabilities enable him to be an effective manager and pursuit leader in the construction management industry. He is proud to have been awarded the 2012 ACEC Engineering Excellence Award for bridge designs in Maine and currently sits on the CMAA Education Committee and CMAA Foundation Board of Directors.
