About Jonathon Stein

My name is Jonathon Stein, and I am the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director for the Middle School at Northshore Christian Academy. Central to my vision for my career is a dedication to doing all things with excellence, and through this paradigm I have seen taken on multiple tasks, poured into them fully, and seen tremendous results. At the core of who I am is a servant, modeled in Christ's likeness, and that is a title which I work hard to maintain and take pride in serving well. I know what it’s like to work hard for something that garners little attention or credit, and yet be proud of my work. The mantra that my father pounded into my head is, “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.” It took me many years to finally embrace that thought process, yet when it finally clicked, I began to take so much more pride in my work, and slowed down to make sure it was done right. I truly enjoy helping people and working alongside them to reach a common goal. Often, when I see something isn’t right, I’ll ask about it and see what I can do to help. I have significant experience doing behind the scenes work, spending my school breaks doing some sort of repair job, or staying late to help out in the classroom. I believe integrity is one of my most valued qualities. I do my best to maintain my character and make choices that benefit others even if it presents a difficult situation. Integrity is vital to who I am as a leader, as that is another aspect which is almost inseparable from my identity.
