Jonathon Thomas is a results oriented leader with over 12 years of diverse experience in Private Investigations (PI), Security, Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (CIED), Professional Training, and developing Criminal Justice (CJ) digital applications. He maintains an active DoD TOP SECRET w/ Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS-SCI) security clearance.Works successfully under extreme pressure and is able to handle sensitive information and situations with discretion. Possesses an innate ability to develop loyal and cohesive teams that are dedicated to an organization’s mission in minimal time. Has extensive foreign travel experience. Jonathon is currently working for EJM Digital LLC as an Investigator, Bonded & Licensed Private Investigator in Colorado (LIC# conducting Private Investigative work, assisting in the development of several digital CJ programs and apps (INCIDENT & SWEEPWIZARD), and developing a full-spectrum Security company with the owner. Bringing his expertise in professional training from the US Army, Jonathon also travels around the country to assist in conducting professional local, state, and federal law enforcement training with EJM Digital LLC. He also continues his service in the Army with the Reserves, as an Unit Trainer for the Pacific Region, preparing Army Units and Allied Foreign Armies for Combat and Readiness. During his (10+) years of Active Duty he served in multiple leadership positions. Experience includes a (13) and a (14) month combat-deployment to Iraq (OIF), as well as a (12) month deployment to Afghanistan (OEF). He has been stationed in Germany, Texas, and Hawaii supporting full-spectrum operations including professional training of South Korean, Iraqi, New Zealander, Singaporean, and Afghani Military Forces on: CIED, multi-agency Mission Command (MC), small-unit tactics & Personal Security Detachment (PSD); to include Combat Driving and Close Security.
