My entrepreneurial background and strategy experience have allowed me to- Create strategic plans that have allowed my clients to double revenue while growing profit margins, make the right acquisitions and get the financing they deserve - Forge over a dozen strategic partnerships - Advise a Fairness Opinion for a $1BN Going-Private Transaction - Offer my clients unorthodox solutions to capture the most value I have worked hand in hand with business owners in the TMT, industrial, pharmaceutical and real estate sector to help forge their strategic plan. In the past, I had a strong presence in Montreal’s startup ecosystem as a high ticket closer. As one of the first 5 employees of a tech startup, my business development capabilities helped Koomi POS grow from seed to Series A. Afterwards, I co-founded Helvetica Agency, a commercial video creation company that disrupted the industry’s big players by offering a young and dynamic vision. With my skills, I was able to forge valuable partnerships and acquire top tier clients such as National Bank and Vention. Although my expertise lies in strategy, my educational background in Software Engineering with research on Brain-Inspired AI gives me an edge in providing my clients the right advice for our data driven world.
