About Jonell Golla

Jonell Golla is a proud co-op / home schooling mama. While she has the privilege to raise her beautiful children, she continues to pursue her career in the home health care industry. She strives to dedicate her energy towards helping others, teaching, and learning. Jonell Golla entered the home health care field in 2014. She helped create, grow, and lead a Personal Assistance Services and Medical Staffing start-up. She followed it through inception to multi-million dollar revenues. Oversaw hundreds of employees, across eight offices in Central Texas. Currently, Jonell Golla has successfully led the merger of this separate PAS operation into a larger homecare / hospice corporate structure. Focuses are in directing business development, and working with the sales and marketing team."Service delivery must be about quality and reliability." Also pulls the team together through sound HR and recruiting practices. Keeps sight on managing the financial, operational, and compliance metrics of the business unit. Proud member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Jonell is glad to join others to promote social and ecological justice. Activities include School Co-op, as Parent Teacher and Assistant. Church Choir Member. Liaison for community seniors to finding programs and solutions. Her faith in a power greater than herself, leads her life. She hopes to make her contributions to the environment, and live in / find a balance with nature.
