As an Industrial Engineering student at Mississippi State graduating in May 2024, a participant in various internship programs and as an entrepreneur I've cultivated a passion for operations, project management, account management, and sales. My professional journey has been marked by significant roles in a diverse set of industries. My time as an intern with the Material Handling and Logistics team at Paccar Engine Company was characterized by continuous engagement in optimizing product flow and refining supply chain processes. At McKenney's, Inc, a distinguished mechanical contractor in the Southeast, I play an instrumental role in overseeing project timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of construction projects.At age 20, in early May of 2021, I founded Watch Dawg Protection LLC, a security management company based in Starkville, MS. Despite confronting the inherent challenges of a high-turnover sector and navigating a competitive labor acquisition environment, our company haswitnessed consistent growth. We proudly continue to serve a diverse clientele, encompassing nightlife establishments, residential areas, commercial entities, and large private events. Our commitment to providing tailored security solutions has been pivotal in forging enduring business partnerships. Through strategic operations management and labor acquisition initiatives, we have managed to establish and maintain a cohesive team of 50-70 professionals. This endeavor has refined my leadership capabilities grown my business acumen and broadened my understanding of my industry. Anchoring my drive is a vision of continuously seeking to introduce diverse perspectives and experiences to amplify team performance and innovation.
