I love looking at the problems backwards. I also love making things efficient. What do I mean by looking at the problems backwards? Well, don't look at the problem directly because you may turn to stone but start from the customer's point of view. Don't think about solving the problem but think about how you can cause this problem and try to understand how the customers effected and what they are going through?I use this phrase "We save operational cost by implementing automation" to remind me. Automation is a way but the goal is to save operational cost(the problem is the cost). How do I cause high cost issues? My thoughts are no longer clouded by "Automation". It may just be changing the process and do it differently or I am using the wrong thing.To make things efficient, I embarked on Agile transformation, DevOps adoption, automation, cloud and others. Each came with its own challenges so, I learned leadership principles, sense of urgency (John Kotter's book), Six sigma, RPA, AWS and many more. It's a journey to become efficient in operation, engineering, architecture, software development or combination of all.If you look at the problems backwards like I do and are on the same journey, let's connect.
