Currently, connected with Cebu Energy Development Corporation (CEDC) as Financial Analyst. Started as a Billing Officer primarily doing Billing Computation and preparing invoices, Accounts Receivable Aging Schedule, Revenue Summary Monthly Report, Billing Rate, and Data Monitoring Reports, AR Reconciliations, Transaction Recording and monitoring of past due accounts/invoices, and answering queries from customers and checking on past due accounts that need attention. Transferred to Financial Analyst with duties mainly annual budgeting and forecasting, monthly variance reports, preparation of revenue dashboards, quarterly preparation of Financial and Operational status of the company, and coordinating and assisting with other departments during budget preparations, consolidates the OPEX and CAPEX reports and provide updates and analysis to Head of Departments on the monthly utilization. Previously Worked as a Data/Claims Analyst at Accenture Inc, reading contracts and analyzing data in order to determine what are procedures taken and if they are covered under the customers' contract. Then, worked as a Billing Analyst, analyzing invoices and bills, reading customers' contracts, and amendments, calculating possible credit, communicating with clients, and discussing the answers to their concerns or disputes. Also worked as an Order-to-Cash Finance Analyst where I do the invoicing/Billing. Determines what are the billable items that are applicable to clients' agreements/contracts and the same time as the Internal Quality Auditor of the team. I ensure that all invoices that were worked and processed by the team are correct and in accordance with customers' contracts. I am knowledgeable enough for using Microsoft Excel programs (pivot, excel formulas, conditional formatting, and excel VBA macros ) since most of my work is using Excel.
