About Jongkey Mulia

Born and raised in Jakarta, I was awarded a scholarship to pursue my undergraduate degree at Institut Teknologi Telkom (now known as Telkom University) in 2007. My first professional work experience was at Bank Mandiri after graduated from Bandung in 2011 through the Management Trainee (MT) recruitment program. From my early year until now i worked in the Consumer Loans Business, specializing in Mortgage and Auto Loans. My leadership experience began in 2020 when I was appointed as a Consumer Loans Manager in the Jakarta Pasar Rebo Area - Region Jakarta 2. In 2021, I was promoted to Head of Consumer Loans Business in Region 11, covering Bali and West-East Nusa Tenggara, while simultaneously pursuing my master's degree at Universitas Indonesia in the same time. I am grateful to have navigated both my education and career, till I was promoted again to Jakarta. In consumer loans business It is crucial to map out potential supply and demand. The bank plays a vital role in bridging developers, brokers, dealers/multifinance with potential buyers, whether they are new to the bank or existing customers. Leveraging Bank Mandiri's strengths as a wholesale bank with extensive retail capabilities is key to driving growth.
