Responsibilities will include: • To provide unified and efficient applications to achieve company goals • To apply unified and efficient business process to all Novelis Asia applications • To provide education and teaching for competency development of team members • Ensure all the process in compliance with global standards and policies • To make excellent teamwork and good relationship with the other business department • To support business process improvements, innovation and benchmarking • Managing directly Business Analysis team in Korea • Managing budget, costs for Novelis Korea • Train, guide, direct and develop a Business Analysis team members • Leading IT projects to meet business purpose in Novelis Asia Strong coordination with business analysts across all Novelis is expected, to develop One Novelis, exchange best practices
