With over five years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and proactive business partner who strives to align people and strategy. As a human resources business partner at Caterpillar, I work with leaders and teams across the organization to facilitate restructures, change management, performance management, and employee engagement. I leverage my skills in relationship building, facilitation, and communication to support the development and implementation of effective solutions that enhance the employee experience and the business outcomes. Previously, I was a senior human resources advisor and a shared services team leader at JCB, where I managed a team of HR professionals, oversaw employee relations, and delivered HR projects. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can contribute to the mission and vision of the organization, and learn from the diverse perspectives and experiences of my colleagues.
