I’m passionate about building products and teams that drive meaningful impact.As a product manager, I’ve built solutions connecting Medicare patients to high-quality care and reducing bias in the recruitment process. Most recently, I managed a team of six product managers, overseeing their deployment to tech nonprofits, startups, and governments building products for public benefit.I’m particularly enthusiastic about bringing a product-driven approach to operational challenges, creating tools and systems that help teams scale and perform at their best. I thrive in times of change and ambiguity, with experience leading organization-wide initiatives through stages of growth and restructuring. I’m now channeling this enthusiasm into integrating newly acquired healthcare companies to further Datavant’s business and operational goals.I approach my work with curiosity, a meticulous attention to detail, and a people-first mindset.
