I enjoy guiding our clients as they plan the tax implications of employee cross-border mobility. My deep knowledge has grown from working exclusively in the expatriate tax field in four US offices & five years on an international assignment in Tokyo, Japan. It’s especially gratifying being called upon to provide relevant advice to large multi-national corporations around the world on technical issues that can include international compensation planning, payroll reporting/withholding, equity & long term/stock-based incentive plan structuring, audit & tax authority resolution management, tax equalization/balancing policy implementation & expatriate tax cost management. As a female partner at Vialto Partners, I’m passionate about developing other women leaders. As a frequent speaker at various conferences around the US, I seek to inspire young women to achieve their leadership aspirations. Education/Certifications: Master of Science degree in Accountancy (Tax emphasis) from Brigham Young University Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Business Management/Psychology minors Brigham Young University Certified Public Accountant (NM, CT) Member of the AICPA & CT Society of Certified Public Accountants Outside of work I enjoy competing in sports races, traveling & being an active part of my husband and four children’s lives.
