About Joni Lorent

Currently I'm working as a management & operations assistant at Paleo. For those who don’t know Paleo yet: it’s a food-tech company taking a bold approach to reinventing meat by creating animal-free myoglobin that makes plant-based products look, smell, and taste just like the real thing. From beef and chicken to pork, tuna, and even woolly mammoth, their proteins are produced through precision fermentation, offering the full flavour experience of meat, without harming a single animal. In June 2022, I graduated as a Business & Languages graduate. During my studies, I had the opportunity to be part of several projects such as the student company "Pandaro". I was the CEO and the author who wrote a book that addresses our current discrimination problem at the level of preschoolers. My banner is actually the logo of Pandaro. You can see a lot of colors in the picture, because Pandaro wants to make the world more colorful with their stories. Moreover, In 2021 I did an exchange semester abroad in The Hague, The Netherlands at The Hague University of Applied Sciences as an International Business Student. I chose to do a minor in Sustainable Business because I believe that we as human beings should be able to meet our own needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
