About Joni Walker

Born and raised in the Midwest, I relocated to Charlotte in 1985 when a job opportunity in the hospitality industry brought me to the Queen City. Over the past 32 years my career continued to grow in the sales, and as an event planner and caterer. I was always thinking of what comes next and “How does this all come together?”. I always strive to be organized and detail oriented, patient but strong. I believe those characteristics are the same in real estate. I live my life to get out of it what I put into it, and more! In saying that, I believe that you need to give back to the community in which you live. I have volunteered over the years at church, schools, in my community and neighborhood, and I continue to support various charities. My client’s level of comfort is extremely important to me. Your understanding of the process is the knowledge that I will provide and your comfort level, is one achieved through my dedication, accountability, confidentiality and hard work.
