About Joni White

I was blessed to join the Tomlinson Sothebys International Realty family in August of 2020. Prior to that, I worked for Delilah (radio personality) as her Personal Assistant for almost 13 years. While working for Delilah, some of my duties included the development, design and management of an event center as well as several rental and vacation properties-all of which experienced significant growth and success. I had frequent interaction with community leaders, the Chamber of Commerce and various business associations which provided me with an insider's perspective into how communities can come together to effect positive change and development within their towns while preserving their unique characters and charm. Prior to those years with Delilah, I spent seven years as an HR Rep at Weyerhaeuser and many years in local church ministries. Due to all those experiences, I believe that I have developed the ability to relate well to a wide variety of personality-types. I genuinely enjoy working with people and developing meaningful and long-lasting relationships. I place great importance on being an individual of excellent character and integrity and strive to provide the best customer service at all times-no matter who the customer might be (i.e. a client, co-worker, broker, affiliated realty resources, a new agent). I have a special understanding of-and affinity with-folks who are making a major transition to Northern Idaho and all the unique needs a move like that entails. I have developed strategies with which to assist my out-of-state clients as they search for a home and property that would best meet their specific needs. In addition, I am passionate about doing all that I can to minimize the stress and to make the move as easy-and as positive-as possible once they arrive. I understand what a transition like this means, and I will work my hardest to find you your dream home and then provide you with the information and resources you will need to get off to a good start. Thankfully, I am not intimidated by a challenge, and I will work very hard to find the best Idaho home possible, and I will be kind, gracious and professional while doing so.you can count on it! I cover all areas within the following counties: Boundary, Bonner, Kootenai, Benewah & Shoshone.
