Progressive leadership experiences have created a passion for surpassing financial and service objectives via a combination of world class service delivery, lean operating methods and team building & staff retention. While growing up in South Louisiana Jonn developed a passion for food and the hospitality that is always part of the culinary experience. He brought that passion to Dallas and spent many years working for the best restauranteurs in the city. Jonn then sought to become a restauranteur himself and seized each opportunity with passion, relying on his architectural and design education and his well-honed food and hospitality work experience. Always striving to be the best, Jonn created innovative and critically acclaimed Dallas restaurants. Jonn’s creative talents, organizational skills and financial and operational management abilities were the elements that produced unique concepts to earn Star reviews, an Eater Restaurant of the Year Award and a James Beard Nomination.
