I am an experienced marketing and sales professional with a diverse background spanning life sciences, ICT, and the VR gaming industry. Throughout my career, I have successfully transitioned across three distinct fields, each requiring new expertise and adaptability. Life Sciences & Biotechnology: Began my career working with bacterial cultures and gene manipulation, eventually supervising a Transgenic Core Facility that produced gene-modified mice, while managing international sales and laboratory procurement. ICT Sales & Marketing: Spent 6.5 years driving B2B sales, marketing, and business development of custom software solutions, including web/mobile applications, educational technology, and immersive VR/AR projects. My role encompassed consultative selling, project scope planning, team sourcing, customer relationship management, and brand development. VR Gaming Industry: Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer in the VR gaming industry, leading global marketing strategies, digital marketing, brand positioning, and direct-to-consumer sales for VR titles. Additionally, I secure international publishing deals and collaborate with VR studios to successfully bring their games to market and drive growth. Board Membership: Since 2021, I have served as a Board Member and Treasurer at Code from Finland Association, managing finances, supporting member companies, and contributing to strategic development alongside a motivated and collaborative board team.
