Sponsor and pilot of continuous improvement projects, promoting the principles and Lean methodologies required to optimize the pull production, aiming the elimination of losses. Leading projects to increase capacity through the expansion of the plant, installation and startup of new generation decoration machines and the transfer of technology from France, Germany and the USA.
