I am an ambitious individual with broad exposure to customer service in a technical support environment. I have a strong passion for technology with knowledge and experience in the technical field to back it up. I have a high level of self-motivation with a strong desire to solve problems and multi-task. On a consistent level I exhibit the ability to work in an efficient manner to provide resolution to the issues that I am presented, while at the same time being able to exemplify customer focus and excellence. I work over and above what is expected of me and I have a reputation for doing things right while exhibiting analytical thinking. I also add creativity to each opportunity that is presented to me. I am not afraid to think outside of the box while maintaining the integrity of initial conception. I firmly believe that anything can be accomplished when complete devotion is given to a cause. I understand that there are times where commitment is tested, but in those times true loyalty and greatness is formed.
